Pre-School Program in June

This will be our third year running the Pre-School Program at Membership Beach designed specifically for children aged 4 or older.  The program aims to keep the younger ones active while their siblings are still in school.

The program will be held Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., for 3 weeks. Children may sign up for one day or more.  The cost each day will be $40.

The following forms need to be completed:

• Membership Beach Pre-School Program Flyer and Registration Form

• Health History Form (Required)
• Immunization History Form(Required) OR a copy of physical from doctor
• Medication/ EpiPens and Inhaler Administration (for ALL children bringing medication/epi-pens or inhalers to camp)

The program is open to the public on a first come, first serve basis.  The ratio of children to staff is 5:1.  More detailed information about the program is on the Registration Form.

The program complies with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the Westwood Board of Health.
