Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics is a great activity for cardiovascular conditioning and building strength and flexibility. No sign-ups are required. Class is offered Monday thru Thursday.

Yoga

Begin your day with a refreshing yoga class. This is a sequence of mindful, slow flowing poses, deep breathing, and relaxation designed to enable the body to let go, the mind to calm and energy to flow. Yoga is offered Tuesdays.

* A lifeguard will be available to baby-sit participant's children for free.
