Session 5 Information

Session 5 is a one week program for Kinder, Lower, Middle and Upper campers only. The last week of the summer camp season, Session 5 operates with fewer campers and staff members, therefore some age groups will be combined as necessary. Swim lessons are not offered in Session 5. Please note that bus transportation is not available for Session 5.

To register your camper, please download the 2013 Camper Registration Packet. A separate Registration Packet is required for each child. Mail completed forms to Hale Reservation along with a $75 non-refundable deposit per camper per session. Space is limited and campers are accepted on a first come, first served basis. No incomplete registrations will be processed.

The Registration Packet does not include the LIT Application. LIT campers must submit this additional application and be approved for enrollment by the camp director.

The following forms are also needed before your camper may attend camp:

Immunization History Record & Physician Medical Form (this is only required if immunization documentation is not provided by your physician)
Permission Form for Children with Prescription Inhalers and/or Epi-Pens & Medication Administration Form

Discounts do not apply to Session 5 or Extended Day.

Early Registration Discount: Pay in full by January 31, 2013 and get $25 off per session.

Sibling Discount: Sign up your first child at full rate, and any siblings will receive a 5% discount off their camp fees.

Multiple Session Discount: (Applies to individual campers attending muiltiple sessions only.) Sign up for a third session and receive $25 off. Sign up for a fourth session and receive an additional $50 for a total of $75 savings.
